Question: *** IMPORTANT *** Using the Windows 10 x64 drivers, Windows only installed the MP210 as a printer, non a printer/scanner. It took me ages to figure out why, only here's what seemed to fix it. Downloading the scanner driver but (this includes the printer driver) I had to rename the scanner drivers to use lowercase extensions, e.g. MP210SCa.cat instead of MP210SCa.Cat - once this was washed, the manual install worked and it recognized the scanner as well as the printer. Promise this helps someone.
